If your product requires repair, you can use RuggON's online service system. Through RuggON's electronic service platform, you can track the status of each RMA and access detailed repair reports.

Please contact your sales representative to obtain your User ID and password
Step. 2
Your User ID and password allow you to create and manage online repair requests in RuggON's service portal.
Step. 3
After logging in, apply for an RMA number. You will receive a reply email within 24 hours.
Step. 4
Once you receive the RMA number, please follow the shipping instructions in the service portal and return the product within 5 days.
